A magnitude 4.4 earthquake was felt in Sylhet. The quake struck at 1:44:20 pm on Monday (November 2). However, no damage was reported from the quake.Confirming the matter, Meteorologist at the Meteorological Department, Sylhet, Saeed Ahmad Chowdhury said the magnitude of the quake was 4.4 on the Richter scale.The epicenter was reported below the ground in Nungstein, Meghalaya, India. The place of origin is 244 km north-east of Dhaka and east of Sylhet
