Greater Temukhi Bandhu Social Welfare Organization’s human chain in protest of Raihan’s murde

The Greater Temukhi Bandhu Social Welfare Organization has organized a human chain demanding immediate arrest and exemplary punishment for the killers of Raihan Ahmed of Akhalia, who was killed due to torture at Bandar Bazar police outpost in Sylhet. A human chain was held at Temukhi Point after Asr on Friday.Greater Temukhi Business Association General, Friend Social Welfare Adviser Juber Ahmed Sumon presided over the meeting, Greater Temukhi Friend Social Welfare Founder President Aliur Rahman Ali and Founder General Secretary Abdul Ahad Limon jointly addressed the human chain.Chairman of Tuk Bazar Bazar Parishad Alhaj Shahid Ahmed, prominent politician AKM Tareq Kalam, former vice chairman of Sadar upazila Abul Kashem, former vice chairman Jain Uddin, former chairman of Khadimpara union Mazharul Islam Dalim,UP member Abdul Malek, youth leader Abul Hasnat, youth leader Shahjahan Ahmed Jewel, youth leader Abdur Rahman Shamim, Janata Sylhet Secretary. Haji Masum Ahmed, Faruk Ahmed Sumon, Ali Chowdhury, Youth Leader Sams Uddin, Tareq Ahmed, Student Leader Misbah Shihab, Badsha Mia, Kayesh Ahmed, Saleh Ahmed, Moinul Haque, Zahid Hasan Jabed, Enamul Haque Talukder Bachchu, Minhaj were present at the occasion. The human chain demanded immediate arrest and exemplary punishment of police personnel including Akbar Bhuiyan involved in Raihan’s murder. Otherwise, a large program will be announced.
