Due to the deep depression created in the Bay of Bengal, it rains all day long in Sylhet division like other parts of the country. It had been raining since last Thursday evening and had continued throughout the day on Friday. Feeling a little cold with the rain. Public life in Sylhet, Sunamganj, Habiganj and Moulvibazar has come to a standstill due to continuous pressure. It is raining incessantly. The sun did not appear in the intermittent drizzle.Meanwhile, public life has been disrupted by this winter rain. Go to the roads and public traffic is reduced. The traffic on the roads of the cities is also comparatively less. For a little warmth, some people can be seen in the tea stalls at the corners of the city. The people who work hard are the most miserable.

Srimangal Meteorological Office weather assistant. Jahedul Islam Masum said 52.9 mm of rainfall was recorded in Moulvibazar district in the last 24 hours around 3pm on Friday. The temperature was recorded at 25 degrees Celsius at 6 pm. He said the rains were due to low pressure and could continue for another 2-3 days. He said that the intensity of winter will increase after the depression.\

Heavy rains and cold winds have brought some stagnation to public life. No one is leaving the house without urgent need. As Friday was a holiday, there was no urge for people to go out.Al-Amin works in a private company. He said that on holidays he spends the whole week doing housework. But it is not going to go out anywhere in the rain.He went out to market in the morning and saw that it was raining a lot, so he came back. He did not come out later. Visiting the district town market in the morning, it is seen that the number of buyers is very less as compared to other days.
