A 14-member liaison committee was formed with Sunil Kumar Malo as convener and Sheikh Moniruzzaman Liton as member secretary. <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\"><span lang=\"en\">Abdul Latif Nutan, Editor-in-Chief of Daily Sylhet Daily, Advisory Editor of SealNewsBD.com, Progressive Journalist of Sylhet, Founder President of Sylhet District Branch of Bangabandhu Shishu Kishore Mela has been nominated as a member of the committee. <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\"><span lang=\"en\">Bangabandhu Shishu Kishore Mela founder Mohiuddin Manu presided over the function. <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"en\">A liaison committee was formed after the two leaders reached a compromise. The Liaison Committee will finalize the merger in consultation with the central and other leaders of the two sides.
