Earlier, Maj Hafiz Uddin\u2019s lawyer Aminul Islam submitted a bail petition before the court of Dhaka Metropolitan Sessions Judge As-Sams Jaglul Hossain with a condition to file an appeal. After, holding hearing, the court accepted the appeal and granted his bail.<\/p>\n
On March 5, Maj Hafiz surrendered before the court of Metropolitan Magistrate Rajesh Chowdhury with an appeal. But the court sent him jail rejecting the bail after hearing.<\/p>\n
