According to police reports, the incident occurred on March 27 when the girl\u2019s mother, a worker at Gorai South East Textile Factory, left for work at 6:10am, leaving her fifth-grade daughter at home.<\/p>\n
Upon returning that afternoon, the mother noticed her daughter complaining of pain in sensitive areas. Initially, she provided painkillers, but the girl\u2019s condition did not improve.<\/p>\n
On April 5, the girl revealed to her mother that her father had raped her while she was alone at home and threatened to kill her if she spoke about it.<\/p>\n
Following the disclosure, the mother filed a rape case against Mozammel at Mirzapur police station on the same day.<\/p>\n
Medical examinations confirmed the assault, prompting police action.<\/p>\n
Mozammel fled after the case was filed but was apprehended in Feni based on a tip-off.<\/p>\n
