All the nursing officers of Osmani Hospital under the initiative of the Department of Nursing and MidwiferyThe nursing officers of Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital have been honored by the Department of Nursing and Midwifery for working at the risk of life in Corona.The Ministry of Health has allocated around Tk 2.5 crore as incentives for the nursing officers of the hospital. The allocation was approved by the finance ministry on Sunday.Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has announced incentives to encourage nursing officers and health workers to serve the corona victims. In the light of that announcement, the list of nursing officers on duty at Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital was sent to the Department of Nursing and Midwifery.The foreign minister also sent a DO letter to the health minister to ensure incentives for all nursing officers of the hospital. AK Abdul Momen MP. Foreign Minister. Momen and Siddika Akhter, Director General of the Department, made a sincere effort to ensure incentives for all the nursing officers of the hospital. The Ministry of Finance has sanctioned Tk 2 crore 46 lakh 99 thousand 330 for the 597 nursing officers of the hospital.Meanwhile, the Foreign Minister confirmed the incentives for all nursing officers in the hospital. Leaders of Bangladesh Nurses Association (BNA) Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College Hospital branch expressed their gratitude to AK Abdul Momen and Director General of the Department of Nursing and Midwifery Siddika Akter.In a statement, President Shamima Nasrin and General Secretary Israel Ali Sadeq said the motivation of all nursing officers at Osmani Hospital has been confirmed as per the announcement of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. No nursing officer has been dropped from the list of incentives due to the sincere efforts of the Foreign Minister, Director General of the Department and Osmani Hospital Authority.
